But we also know you want to get the best deal out there, so we work hard to keep our everyday prices among the lowest you will find.

If you find the exact same item, valued at $100 or more and it is advertised with a lower price at a different store or website, just let us know and we promise to beat that price by a $1.10. We call it our "Buck-Ten Guarantee".  Just email us and give us a few details about the lower price you have found. We need the following information:

• Which company is advertising a lower price?
• What magazine, website, or catalog did you see the competitor's price in?
• What is the part number of the item you are comparing with?
• If applicable, what is the URL we can use to view the item?

In order for us to verify the advertised price, we have to be able to see it published in a catalog, magazine, or a website. Prices that have been quoted over the phone, via email, or any other private message, cannot be verified and we won't be able to beat them.

Also, because the only parts we sell as new are brand new, in a factory sealed box, and with a manufacturers warranty, we can only beat the price on similar brand new items. We cannot beat the price on clearance items, closeout items, classified ads or items sold with an auction price (ie Ebay).

Finally, the only other rule is that we simply cannot sell an item for less than our actual cost - losing money is not a good way to run a business. We will inform you if we are unable to beat the price for this reason.
